By using DMV Permit Prep, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What we provide

DMV Permit Prep offers practice tests and study tools for driver's permit, motorcycle and CDL knowledge tests. Our questions are written by us from official state driver manuals. We are an independent study tool and are not affiliated with any state DMV, MVC or PennDOT.

We work to keep our content accurate, but traffic laws change. Always check your state's official driver manual. We can't guarantee that you will pass any official test.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information when you sign up.
• One person per account — don't share your Premium pass.

Premium passes

• Each pass covers one license type (Car, Motorcycle or CDL) in one state for the period shown when you buy it (7 days, 30 days or lifetime).
• "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer DMV Permit Prep for that state and license type.
• Prices and what's included are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Discounts, like the free-test reward, can't be combined unless we say so.
• Every pass is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or charges you again.

Refunds

Because Premium unlocks right away, all sales are final, except in these cases, where we'll make it right:

• Premium doesn't work. If you can't use Premium because of a problem on our side and we can't fix it within 3 business days of you telling us, we'll refund you in full.
• You were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same pass, or for a pass you already had. We'll refund the extra charge.
• You picked the wrong state or license. Tell us within 7 days and we'll move your pass to the right one instead.

We don't give refunds for changing your mind, not using your pass, your pass running out, or the result of an official DMV test. To ask for a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase with the email you bought with. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (usually 5–10 business days), and the pass ends when it's refunded. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix things faster.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, resell or republish our questions, try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how the app works. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The questions, explanations, design and software in DMV Permit Prep belong to us. You may use them for your own personal study.

Limits of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
