Nevada Permit Test Practice

The Nevada DMV made the permit test easier to schedule: you can take the 25-question knowledge test online through KnowToDrive Nevada, and your results go straight to the DMV, or take it in person at a DMV office. Either way, you need 80% (20 correct) to pass, based on the Nevada Driver's Handbook.

Teens can apply for an instruction permit at 15½, and applicants 14 through 17 must bring a Certification of Attendance from their school. Your supervising driver has to be at least 21 with a year of licensed driving and sit up front. Before the license, teens need 50 hours of practice (10 at night) and a 6-month wait.
